A high-end French brasserie concept inspired by timeless elegance of ocean-side dining

Drew inspiration from the Breton legacy of the name Marion , a symbol tied to the sea (“drop of the ocean”), to historical figures like explorer Marion du Fresne, and to the rebellious spirit of Marion du Faouët.
This duality, noble and wild, refined and storied, informed the entire identity.

The design language combines engraving-style illustrations, calligraphic movement, and a typographic system that echoes old maritime elegance. The ligatured “M” evokes a sail in motion, anchoring the brand in heritage without losing modernity.

Result
A poetic, understated luxury brand, personal, symbolic, and built to feel like it has always existed by the sea.
